| Are all items shown on the web site in stock? We try to keep our web site updated with only products that are currently in our inventory. Occasionally, we may leave an item shown in stock if we expect it to arrive shortly (usually within the week). We will email you promptly if an item is not currently in stock. Please make sure we have a correct email address for you. |

| Why did the "Add To Basket" button disappear when I ordered? Our web site has a basic inventory control set up. If you order the last product in stock, the buttons will disappear and it may display an out of stock message. The detail product page should show the quantity in your basket, and you can continue with your order. You can also display your Basket Contents to confirm that you have selected the product. We will email you promptly if we are out of the item, but in most cases it is just the last one available at this time. |

| How long do you take to process an order? We ship most orders the same or next business day (Monday - Friday). Some Priority Mail orders are also shipped on Saturday. USPS average delivery is 2 - 3 days. UPS delivery is 1 - 6 days. If we need to verify any additional information on the order delivery may be delayed. |

| What are the shipping options? We currently ship only by UPS Ground to the 48 contiguous states plus the District of Columbia. We no longer ship to Alaska and Hawaii. On most orders, the shipping and handling is based on amount of the order. Heavier and larger products may have additional charges added. The actual shipping and handling will be displayed during checkout before the order is transmitted. |

| How can we contact you? Our current Contact information is always on our About Us page. Due to the amount of SPAM we were receiving we reduced our email addresses, and no longer show them on each page. We have also had to change our email address in the past. We apologize if you have had a very old email address and your email was returned. Please check our About Us page for our current address. |

| Can you send me a catalog? We do not have a printed catalog as we change our products frequently. By the time our catalogs came back from the printer, new products would arrive, and other products may be sold out. We try to keep our web site up to date on a daily basis. |

| Do you ship internationally? Do you ship internationally? No, we do not ship internationally at this time. We currently ship only by UPS Ground to the 48 contiguous states plus the District of Columbia. Sorry, but we do not ship to APO's, FPO's, or any destinations outside of the United States. |

| How long have you been in Business? ESP Gifts Online is an online shopping site for ESP plus Inc. ESP plus began in 1993 as a retail specialty store in Greenville, NC. In 1998 we opened our first internet store, ESP plus, with an online catalog. In 2001, we opened ESP Gifts Online, our second online shopping site. |
